Who we are
Still35 is a point-and-shoot film camera app developed and operated under the Edgedale Studio brand.
The short version
Still35 processes photographs on your device. It has no account system, no Still35-operated backend, and no cloud upload feature. When you take a photo, Still35 applies the selected look locally and saves the finished photo to your device's own photo library.
What Still35 processes
- Camera frames and photos. Live preview frames and captured photos are processed on your device to render the selected look. Still35 does not upload your photographs.
- Local preferences. Settings such as your selected look and capture-quality choice may be stored on your device so they can be remembered.
- Capture metadata. Still35 uses only the metadata needed for correct image orientation and normal photo-library behavior. Still35 does not add GPS location to saved photographs.
What Still35 does not do
- Still35 does not require or create an account.
- Still35 does not upload your photographs to an Edgedale Studio server.
- Still35 does not request precise or coarse location.
- The current release build does not include advertising, tracking, crash-reporting, or analytics SDKs.
- Still35 does not sell personal data.
Permissions
Camera. Camera access is required to show the live preview and take photographs. You can revoke camera access at any time in your device Settings.
Photo library. Still35 saves finished photographs to your system photo library. On iPhone, the app uses add-only Photos access and does not read your existing photo library. On modern Android versions, photos are saved through the system's scoped media storage.
Photos, backup, and sync
Still35 saves finished photographs to your device's system photo library. If you enable services such as iCloud Photos or Google Photos backup, your operating system or photo service may sync those photographs according to your own account settings. That sync is not performed or controlled by Still35.
Some local app preferences may also be included in operating-system backup or device-transfer features. Still35 does not operate its own backup service.
Retention and deletion
Still35 does not retain a separate server copy of your photographs. Photos remain in your system photo library until you delete them there. Local Still35 preferences remain on the device until they are changed, cleared by the operating system, or the app is uninstalled.
Purchases and third-party services
Still35 v1 does not expose paid-film purchases. The apps retain platform commerce support for possible future releases. If paid features are activated later, transactions would be handled by Apple's App Store / StoreKit or Google Play Billing, and this policy will be reviewed before that release.
Children
Still35 is a general-purpose camera app and does not knowingly collect personal information from children through a Still35 account or backend, because the current app has neither.
Future changes
If Still35 adds analytics, advertising, online services, accounts, or other data-processing features in a future release, this policy will be updated to describe those changes before that version is distributed.
